Who would have thought when we started nearly 14 years ago, with just one humble bakery in Islington, Euphorium would soon be the next best thing to sliced bread. In 2012 we ran our first pop-up-shop and managed to open our first branch in super-posh Kensington, next door to a very nice little grocery. Not that we’re looking to become a global super-power just yet, the only way to lead the British baking revolution is from the front so you won’t find us in an ivory tower, no we’ll always be down in the bakery concocting new deliciousness. Watch out 2013, here we come ready or not.
